Let's Get Cooking

  1. Steeping Lemon Tea Decoction

In a pan pour water. Heat the pan on a medium flame and let the water come to a boil and add black tea leaves, sugar and Cuisinary Lime Seasoning, bring to boil. Once sugar is dissolved, take the concentrate off the heat and strain in a steel bowl/jar.

  2. Let the lemon tea cool at room temperature. Later you can chill it in the fridge.

  3. Making Iced Tea

  4. Step 1

While serving, add 4 to 5 ice cubes in a glass. You can add less or more as per your preference.

  5. Step 2

Also add 1 to 2 lemon slices. Adding lemon slices is optional.

  6. Step 3

Pour the 60 ml of lemon tea in the glass, top it up with 100 ml of water or 80 ml of soda.

  7. Step 4

Garnish with a lemon slice or a sprig of mint leaves.

  8. Step 5

Serve iced tea immediately. While drinking do stir lemon iced tea with a stirrer or a spoon.
