Let's Get Cooking

  1. 1. Marinate the Chicken:

Place 1 chicken breast in a bowl, add 2 Tbsp Cuisinary Cajun Spice Mix, and rub thoroughly to coat. Rest for 2 hours.

  2. 2. Pan-Sear and Shred:

Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pan-sear the marinated chicken breast on both sides until fully cooked through. Transfer to a plate and use two forks to pull the chicken into fine shreds.

  3. 3. Prepare the Coleslaw:

In a bowl, combine julienned green capsicum, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, shredded cabbage, and julienned carrot. Add ¼ Tsp pepper powder, salt to taste, 100g Cuisinary Eggless Mayo, and 20ml vinegar. Mix well and set aside.

  4. 4. Glaze Pulled Chicken:

Pour 100g Cuisinary Smokey Barbecue Sauce into a pan. Add the shredded chicken and sauté for 1–2 minutes until the chicken is evenly coated and glazy.

  5. 5. Assemble the Burger:

Cut the burger bun into halves. Spread tomato ketchup on the bottom half, layer with fresh lettuce, top with a generous portion of warm Pulled BBQ Chicken, and add the prepared coleslaw salad. Spread mayonnaise on the top bun slice, close the burger, and serve hot.
